Whisky Cask Honey Glaze


This limited Christmas release brings together some of Tasmania’s most iconic flavours in one small, golden bottle. We begin with rare leatherwood honey, prized for its floral complexity and depth. It’s slowly folded through our organic apple cider vinegar and organic miso, creating a base that’s sweet, bright and gently savoury.

The blend is then aged in Tasmanian whisky casks, allowing the glaze to pick up subtle smoke, soft oak and a warm, lingering finish. Rich and aromatic, it’s the kind of glaze that lifts everything it touches.

Brush it over festive ham, roast vegetables or glazed carrots, drizzle onto barbecued meats, or whisk a spoonful into marinades and dressings for a luxurious holiday note.
