Wakame Apple Cider Vinegar


Wild harvested Tasmanian wakame seaweed is infused in our organic apple cider
vinegar to create this certified organic, delicious, briney and umami rich vinegar.
Amazing on fresh oysters and raw fish, this vinegar is also perfectly suited to Japanese
cooking, in particular for use in sushi rice preparation. It gives a lovely acidity and
lingering aromas of the ocean.


Wakame provides an excellent source of iodine, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.
