Raspberry and White Tea Shrub


We press fresh raspberries, fold in soft white tea and let everything steep slowly with our own Apple Cider Vinegar. The result is a vivid shrub with clean fruit, gentle tannin and a rounded acidity that lands softly on the palate.

It’s refreshing, botanical and made for warm afternoons or slow evenings.

Serve it with sparkling water, mix it into cocktails or sip it chilled when you want something bright without alcohol.
