We take pure Grade A Canadian maple syrup and age it in small Tasmanian single malt whisky casks, letting the rich whisky and oak flavours infuse into the maple syrup.  This results in a uniquely flavoured maple syrup that displays incredible depth and length, with rich notes of toffee, vanilla bean and toasted oak.

Serve with mature cheese or drizzle over desserts such as pancakes and ice-cream. A small bottle of proper pleasure.
